My Journey with FND Symptoms
Living with FND, I experience a range of symptoms that impact my daily life significantly. Here are the primary symptoms I deal with:
- Right Side Weakness: This affects my ability to perform tasks that require strength and coordination on my right side.
- Chronic Pain: Persistent pain is a constant companion, affecting my physical and emotional well-being.
- Non-Epileptic Seizures: These seizures resemble epileptic fits but are not caused by electrical disruptions in the brain.
- Fatigue: I often feel extreme tiredness, even after minimal activity, making it difficult to stay active and engaged.
- Dizziness: Frequent dizziness impacts my balance and can be disorienting.
- Difficulties Swallowing: Swallowing issues, or dysphagia, complicate eating and drinking, sometimes leading to nutritional concerns.
